Halloween Shipping Information

The shipping times are times in transit, and does not include time of processing.

   Are you shopping for Halloween? Then you should read this page to help make sure that your order goes through and is processed as fast and easily as possible. This is our busiest time of the year, and we look forward to helping you make your Halloween Holiday a Blast!

When choosing your shipping...

*READ THIS* Note to Halloween ShoppersIf you are ordering for Halloween to insure that you will get your product in time. Processing time will increase as our order volume increases. Choose between Overnight, 2nd Day or 3 Day and be sure to read below the details of each method. Also know that orders are not all leaving the same day they are ordered. Most ship same or next business day, but, Some orders are taking 2 to 3 days to process so please order early.  

   What shipping method should you choose? We use Fed Ex and UPS as our main shipping methods. UPS and Fed Ex offer great expedited shipping options as well as fast ground shipping as well. The shipping times are times in transit, and does not include time of processing. Ordering today doesn't mean that it will go out today.


Your shipping options are:

  • Next Day Air - typically by 10:30 on the Next Business Day to most locations, 12:00 at some rural locations (If you order with this method on Thursday after 2PM EST or Friday by 2PM EST then you recieve your order on Monday the 29th.)
  • 2 Day Air - Delivery typically by the end of day on the 2nd Business Day after your order is shipped. This option will set delivery on the Second Business Day (If you need your order before the weekend then you can choose this method on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday before 2PM EST to have the best chance of receiving it in time. If placed later then the order won't get there until the following Monday the 29th.)
  • 3 Day - This option will set delivery on the Third Business Day Typically by the End of the 3rd Business day after your order is shipped (If you need your order before the weekend then you can choose this method on Monday or Tuesday before 2PM EST to have the best chance of receiving it in time. If placed later then the order won't get there until the following Monday the 29th.)
  • USPS Shipments - The United States Postal Service gives us no guarantee that packages will be delivered by a certain time, therefore we can not offer customers any guarantee for USPS services.
**APO shipments for Halloween Product may not, at this point, be delivered in time for Halloween depending on the packages final destination.

 

When making your choices...

   Is your item in stock? When you are looking through our large selection of halloween costumes, costume accessories, shoes, boots, and all the other great items we carry; please keep in mind that if it is on the site now then as of this morning we have it in stock. Some times multiple orders will come through for an item and we don't have enough to satisfy all the orders. When this does happen we let you know that the item was not available. If the item is not on the website in a certain size then we don't have it in stock at this time, but be sure to check back because we update the items daily. If you have an alternate item already picked out then you can put that style number in the shipping comments section and we will make the substitution should it be necessary. 

When placing your order...

   Don't let your order be delayed! When you have made your final selection and are ready to check out there are a few things that you should consider. We process each order with the customer's safety in mind. That is why all of our orders under go a fraud screening process. If you are placing your order with your credit card, you MUST BE SURE to include the correct billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. If you do not do this then there is a chance that it will delay your order until we can verify that it is not fraudulent.

   Make sure to double check your order! Before submitting your final order be sure that the order is correct:

  • Is the size correct?  
  • Did you include your correct billing information?
  • Is your Apt number on the address?
  • Do you have the correct items in the cart?
  • Did you accidentally order a higher quantity of an item then you intended?
  • Will the shipping method you choose get you the item in time?
  • Did you check everything twice?
  • Did you include a Phone Number where you can be reached during typical business hours?  (We will only contact you out of necessity regarding your order) 
It is very important to make sure that your order is submitted correctly because once we send it out into the warehouse with thousands of other orders, chances are good that we won't be able to locate it to make changes or cancel it before it is shipped out!
