Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Credit cards are pre-authorized for the purchase price until the order ships at which time your credit card will be charged for the purchase.
PayPal PayPal payments are instant payments unless you are using their echeck feature. Echecks can take up to 10 days to clear. Inventory is not held for these types of payments. If an item within your order sells out before your payment clears we will notify you.
Money Orders and International Money Orders All orders by International Money Order will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Please include your contact information and a list of the items you are purchasing. Please allow additional delivery time for Money Order method of ordering. This method is not recommended close to our busy Halloween season. We can not hold inventory for this type of payment.
We usually have a large stock of products but if you purchase a product we have on back order, an email or phone call will be made alerting you to the delay with that particular item and approximately when it will be available and when your order will ship in full. This will delay the order. Our customers who have ordered a back order item may elect to have the remainder of the order shipped first and the back ordered item shipped when available. An additional shipping charge will be required for a splitting of the order. Canceling back order items is also an option. Inventory levels are updated to the site every day during the Halloween season and less frequently during the slower months however every effort is made to fulfill all orders. During the month of October we will take the initiative to cancel orders completely that have back order items to help with our workflow of orders. We will contact you by email or phone of cancellation. This will also speed up your reorder process for in stock items during the busy season.
Your order may be canceled during our processing timeframe before it is shipped. There are several reasons for an order cancellation. If an item is out of stock on your order, the complete order may be cancelled to allow for a faster reordering by you. If your payment was declined or returned NSF this would also cause a cancellation. If an order is unable to meet a delivery deadline it may also be canceled. Caufields.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any time with a full refund given without further compensation to the customer. Once an order has been shipped there is no way to cancel it without expense to the customer.
Most orders ship within 1-4 business days from when the order is placed. This timeframe does not include any customs delays if your order, is being shipped through a boarder crossing. In the event you require a rush order, please email or call us at 1.800.777.5653 to discuss special arrangements.
Halloween Delivery Deadlines
We experience a high volume of orders during October for the Halloween season, and work at a 2-6 day processing speed plus delivery time from our shipping warehouses.
Our delivery deadlines for orders to be delivered for Oct 31st are as follows
Canada/International - Oct 18 (up to 12 business days via global express USPS)
US PO, APO - Oct 18 (via priority mail USPS)
US - Oct 23rd (via UPS ground)
US - Oct 24th (via 3 day select UPS)
US - Oct 25th (via 2nd day air UPS)
US - Oct 26th (1 day saver UPS)

Once a tracking has been added to your account and sent to you, it is your responsibility to divert and clear up any receiving delivery issues with the carrier. Any packages with failed delivery that are returned to our office will be charged the delivery cost, packaging and handling and a 15% restocking fee.

Caufields.com has a low $5.00 minimum order requirement (based on the cost of merchandise only, does not include shipping costs or tax).
0% Sales Tax Shipments anywhere within the 47 of the 48 continental United States and shipments to Alaska & Hawaii are billed tax free.
Sales tax of 6% will be assessed for orders that are shipped to addresses in Kentucky. This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Louisville, KY, United States.

We have multiple warehouses that we utilize to fulfill our products. Your order may arrive in seperate packages if we utilize multiple warehouses to fulfill your order. There is no additional fee for the split in shipment however this may create a situation where delivery may not occur at the same point in time. We will provide you with tracking information pertaining to each and all parcels.
US shipments Can be sent by UPS, FedEx & USPS Priority Mail. The shipping fee is based on weight automatically calculated through our shopping cart. All shipping times quoted are based on the time it leaves our warehouse. If you need something to arrive within 48 hrs, please contact us at 1.800.777.5653. Pick-ups are also available by arrangement.

International shipments can be sent by UPS, FedEx & USPS utilizing a variety of shipping service levels. The shipping fee is based on weight automatically calculated through our shopping cart. All shipping times quoted are based on the time it leaves our warehouse(1-4 days after the order is placed). While we cannot guarantee a delivery date on international orders, we can estimate that all orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours. From there, the UPS & FedEx estimate delivery time of 3-4 business days to customs, and 2-3 business days for delivery after customs. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate customs time, and we recommend that our customers contact their local customs office for details on customs times and possible delays.
PO Box & APO addresses will automatically be sent USPS as UPS will not ship to these destinations.
Special Note on International Shipping
Note: items/orders being shipped outside the US through border crossings: Certain countries may charge additional fees, such as custom fees and independent carrier fees. Caufields.com can not anticipate these fees and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred or predict additional shipping time due to these customs issues. Please contact your local customs office or branch office of the Postal Service to determine what type of fees you may expect based upon the type of merchandise you wish to order. If for any reason your package is undeliverable and is returned to our warehouse you will be charged for these fees as we the shipper are billed them on the return.
